Who you are buying from Link to this section
TinyForms sells its subscriptions through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record, which means your purchase is made with Paddle rather than directly with us, and your invoice is issued by Paddle. This is the same arrangement many software companies use, and it is why Paddle appears on your card or bank statement instead of TinyForms.
Because Paddle handles the payment, your card details never reach TinyForms. On our side we only see which plan a workspace is on, when it renews, and whether the last payment succeeded.
At checkout Link to this section
Choosing a paid plan opens the Paddle checkout in an overlay on top of your billing page, so you never leave TinyForms. This is where you enter everything that ends up on your invoice.
Email and country
The email address receives your receipt and invoice. The country determines which tax applies and which payment methods are offered.
Company details and VAT number
Buying for a business? Open the business fields and fill in your company name, address and VAT number. Paddle checks the VAT number, applies the correct tax treatment for your country, and prints the details you entered on the invoice.
Payment method
Pay by card, with PayPal, or with another method Paddle offers in your country. The method you choose here is the one charged at every renewal.
Enter your VAT number straight away
Filling in a valid VAT number at checkout is the cleanest way to get a correct business invoice from the very first payment. If you only notice afterwards, contact us and we will have the invoice corrected through Paddle.
Invoices and receipts Link to this section
Paddle emails a receipt for every payment, both the first one and each renewal, to the address used at checkout. That receipt carries your invoice, so you can forward it to your accountant or file it for your records.
Prices are shown and charged in euro. Depending on your country and whether you gave a valid VAT number, VAT may be added on top of the plan price. The checkout always shows the full total before you confirm.
Failed payments and cancelling Link to this section
When a renewal fails, Paddle retries the payment and emails you about it, and your workspace keeps working in the meantime. If the payment ultimately does not go through, the workspace falls back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your forms and submissions stay where they are.
Cancelling happens on your billing page rather than at Paddle: choose the Free plan and the subscription stops renewing, while you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which is linked in the footer of every page.
