Trials Link to this section
Every new workspace opens on a fourteen day trial of Pro, so you can try payments, file uploads, spreadsheet sync, branding and insights before you decide. No card is needed to begin, and the billing page shows how many days are left.
Trials run per workspace, so each workspace you create starts its own. When a trial ends without a subscription, that workspace falls back to the Free plan automatically and keeps everything Free includes.
Monthly or yearly Link to this section
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. The choice only changes how often you pay and how much: the plan itself, its limits and its features are identical either way. Use the switch above the plans on the pricing page or on your billing page to compare the two.
- Monthly is the smaller commitment. You pay per month and can stop at the end of any month.
- Yearly is cheaper per month and gives you one invoice for the whole year instead of twelve.
- You can move between the two whenever you like, from the billing page.
Two months free
A yearly term charges ten months of the monthly price for twelve months of service. The pricing page shows what that works out to for each plan.
Upgrading and downgrading Link to this section
Subscriptions are billed securely through Paddle, which acts as the seller for your purchase. The billing page shows your current plan, whether it bills monthly or yearly, your usage against its limits, and your next payment date.
You can change plan at any time. Which direction you are going decides when it takes effect, so that you never lose time you have already paid for.
- Upgrades apply immediately: a higher plan, or moving from monthly to yearly. You get the new plan straight away, and Paddle adds the difference to your next invoice.
- Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have paid for: a lower plan, or moving from yearly back to monthly. Until that date nothing changes and you keep everything your current plan includes.
A scheduled downgrade is shown on your billing page with the date it takes effect, and you can call it off until then with one click. Choosing your current plan again has the same effect.
If you cancel altogether, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See Payments, invoices and VAT for how the payment itself, your invoice and your VAT number are handled.
